黃經堯老師目前為交通大學產業加速器 NCTU Industrial Accelerator (IAPS)的計畫主持人，IAPS積極整合交大多元技術能量，建構與企業策略研究夥伴，完成產業別的商業培育機制，促進政府部門及民間企業合作，開創多元加速模式，奠定加速新創事業深厚基礎與專利開發策略研發資源。
更成立新竹第一間共工作空間-「Yes Co-working Space」開放工作室與Yes課程，企圖打造台灣車庫咖啡廳，吸引頂尖人才進駐，讓加速器中心不只是個空間，更是個創業學院，透過精心設計的創業「Yeser Startup Program」來幫助有志青年，加速實踐創業理想。
