陳春山理事長表示：智慧健康醫療產業、智慧機械產業、金融科技產業、觀光餐飲文創產業為2017台灣產業品牌升級之四大重點產業，產官學實有必要充分交流溝通，以就四大產業之全球品牌戰略取得共識。

陳昭誠所長表示：產業品牌升級除了要有相關的政府政策、商業策略、資源整合外，IP佈局也是必須且不可或缺的，建議政府應站在更宏觀的視野，降低產業相關法律風險，成為台灣產業進軍全球最有利的後盾。

GBMA, Chairman, Prof. Chen said “the smart health of the medical industry; Smart machinery industry; Financial technology industry; Smart tourism, cater, and cultural & creative industry could be the four major industries for upgrading Taiwan industrial brands in 2017. “

It is recommended that the Government should take macro perspective to reduce industry-related legal risks.”
